Who we are and scope
Hyperscalr LLC operates Simple Invoice Generator. This policy applies to visitors, account users, organization administrators, and people whose information is entered into invoices, customer records, business profiles, email templates, support requests, logs, or billing workflows.
Organization customers are responsible for giving any notices and obtaining any permissions required before entering personal information about their clients, invoice recipients, employees, or other contacts into Simple Invoice Generator.
Categories of personal information we collect
We collect the categories of information needed to provide, bill for, secure, support, and improve the service. The exact information depends on how you use Simple Invoice Generator.
- Identifiers and account details, such as name, email address, login credentials, authentication state, roles, organization membership, and support contact details.
- Organization and business profile information, such as organization names, business names, postal addresses, tax or business identifiers you choose to enter, logos, payment instructions, and contact fields.
- Invoice and customer records, such as client names, email addresses, billing addresses, line items, quantities, prices, currencies, payment terms, status, notes, invoice PDFs, email template content, and email delivery metadata.
- Commercial and billing information for your Hyperscalr LLC subscription, such as plan, limits, invoices, receipts, credits, billing status, payment-provider customer identifiers, and payment-method metadata. We do not store full payment card numbers.
- Device, usage, log, and security information, such as IP address, browser type, device metadata, pages viewed, actions taken, timestamps, session identifiers, error logs, and security events.
- Communications and support information you send to us, including messages, attachments, feedback, and request history.
Sources of personal information
We collect information directly from users and organization administrators, automatically from service use, from invoice and customer records entered by account users, from billing and payment providers, and from service providers that support hosting, storage, email delivery, analytics, performance measurement, security, error logging, and support.
How we use personal information
We use personal information for the purposes described below and for compatible operational purposes reasonably expected from an invoice-management SaaS product.
- Provide, authenticate, operate, personalize, and maintain accounts, organizations, roles, invoice workflows, PDF generation, downloads, and invoice email delivery.
- Create and administer subscriptions, plan limits, billing records, usage charges, credits, receipts, taxes, payment-method updates, failed payment recovery, and cancellation workflows.
- Secure the service, prevent abuse, detect fraud or unauthorized access, debug errors, enforce terms, audit activity, and protect rights, safety, and service integrity.
- Respond to support requests, send service notices, account notices, security notices, billing notices, and administrative communications.
- Measure reliability, page and feature usage, referral sources, performance, and aggregate trends; troubleshoot, test, maintain backups, improve features, and develop new service capabilities.
- Comply with law, legal process, tax and accounting obligations, regulatory requests, dispute resolution, and business recordkeeping.
Legal bases for EEA and UK users
Where European or United Kingdom data protection law applies, we rely on the legal bases that fit the purpose of processing: performance of a contract to provide the service and billing workflows; legitimate interests in securing, supporting, improving, and operating the service; legal obligations for tax, accounting, compliance, and dispute records; and consent where we specifically ask for it.
You may withdraw consent where processing is based on consent. Withdrawing consent does not affect processing that occurred before withdrawal or processing that relies on another lawful basis.
How we disclose personal information
We do not sell personal information for money and do not share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising. We disclose personal information only as needed for the purposes described in this policy.
- Within your organization workspace, according to roles and permissions chosen by organization owners or administrators.
- With service providers and processors that host, store, back up, secure, monitor, measure analytics or performance, bill for, email from, or support Simple Invoice Generator.
- With configured billing and payment providers to process Hyperscalr LLC subscription payments, customer records, checkout sessions, payment-method metadata, invoices, receipts, credits, and related billing events.
- With invoice recipients when account users send invoice emails or share invoice PDFs through the service.
- With professional advisers, auditors, insurers, or business-transfer participants under appropriate confidentiality or legal obligations.
- With government authorities, courts, regulators, or other parties where we believe disclosure is required by law or necessary to protect rights, safety, security, or service integrity.
Billing provider and checkout data
When you open a provider-hosted checkout, payment, or customer portal screen, the billing provider may collect account, billing, device, payment-method, tax, fraud-prevention, and transaction information needed to process the billing action and satisfy legal obligations.
The billing provider may receive information typed into checkout even if the checkout is not completed. Hyperscalr LLC receives billing status, customer identifiers, invoices, receipts, payment-method metadata, and transaction references, but does not store full card, bank, or wallet credentials.
- Billing-provider processing can be governed by both our instructions and the provider's own legal, compliance, fraud-prevention, and network obligations.
- If the billing provider receives a privacy request about your account, it may redirect the request to Hyperscalr LLC when we are responsible for responding.
Invoice recipient payments
Simple Invoice Generator does not process payments from your invoice recipients and does not collect their card, bank, or wallet credentials for paying your invoices. Any payment arrangement between you and an invoice recipient occurs outside Simple Invoice Generator.
If you enter payment instructions, payment notes, or status updates in an invoice, we process that content as Customer Content to generate, store, send, and display invoices.
Marketing communications
We may send product news, offers, surveys, or recovery messages when permitted by law, when you have opted in, or when another lawful basis applies. Promotional emails will identify the sender and include an unsubscribe or opt-out mechanism where required.
We will honor unsubscribe and opt-out requests for promotional messages. You may still receive transactional, security, account, billing, legal, and service notices that are necessary to operate Simple Invoice Generator.
Analytics and performance measurement
We may use analytics and performance-measurement tools, including Google Analytics and Cloudflare Web Analytics, to understand how visitors and account users reach Simple Invoice Generator, which pages and features are used, whether the service is working correctly, and how to improve reliability and product experience.
Those tools may collect or receive page URLs and paths, referrers, IP addresses or approximate location, browser and device details, operating system, timestamps, interaction or event data, session and performance metrics, and cookie, local-storage, browser, or device identifier data where applicable.
Google Analytics may use cookies, browser or device identifiers, and similar technologies, and Google may process information as described at https://policies.google.com/technologies/partner-sites. If we enable Google Analytics Advertising Features or ad-personalization features, we will provide required notices, consents, and opt-out information before using those features where required.
Cloudflare Web Analytics and related real-user measurement tools may use a browser beacon and browser performance APIs to send page and performance metrics to Cloudflare. Cloudflare Web Analytics is designed to measure aggregate website usage and performance without analytics cookies or browser storage, though Cloudflare security and network services may use strictly necessary cookies.
You can limit some analytics collection through browser settings, consent controls we make available, provider privacy settings, and the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on at https://tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout. We seek consent for non-essential cookies, local storage, analytics, or ad-personalization technologies where required by law.
Retention
We retain personal information for as long as needed to provide the service, maintain accounts and invoices, meet legal, tax, accounting, security, backup, and dispute obligations, enforce agreements, and support business records.
When we do not have a fixed retention period, we use criteria such as account status, organization settings, the nature of the invoice record, legal limitation periods, backup cycles, billing and tax requirements, security needs, and whether information is needed to resolve a request or dispute.
Your privacy choices and rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to request access, correction, deletion, portability, restriction, objection, withdrawal of consent, or an explanation of how we process personal information. California residents may also have rights to know, delete, correct, limit certain sensitive personal information uses, opt out of sale or sharing, and be free from discrimination for exercising privacy rights.
Because organization customers control much of the invoice and customer content entered into Simple Invoice Generator, we may direct requests about that content to the relevant organization administrator or ask for information needed to verify and process the request.

Security
We use administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect personal information, including controls for authentication, authorization, transport security, backups, logging, and operational monitoring. No online service can guarantee absolute security.

International processing
Hyperscalr LLC is operated from the United States. Personal information may be processed in the United States and other locations where Hyperscalr LLC or its service providers operate. When required, we use appropriate transfer safeguards for international data transfers.
Children
Simple Invoice Generator is intended for business users and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided personal information to the service, contact [email protected] so we can review and delete it where appropriate.
Changes and contact
We may update this policy from time to time. The updated date on this page shows when the current version took effect. Material changes will be handled through reasonable notice where required by law or where the change materially affects how we process personal information.
